you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason just email
us for a prompt and courteous refund of your purchase.
The only requirement is that you email us within 30 days
of purchase because our payment provider wont let us do refunds
more than 30 days after an order has been placed.
Also, when we say we will give you a refund we mean it. All
refunds are processed by Bob, our web site owner.
He handles all refunds for Internet X Squared because it
helps him as the owner to keep a handle on quality and customer
satifaction. We don't
ignore refund emails or try to keep your money. We are developers
ourselves and we hate when we buy software then require a
refund, only to have the vendor ignore our emails and phone
calls. We promise to always treat our customers the way we
ourselves like to be treated.
